Insurance is an essential element of any international move and we strongly advise that you adequately insure your shipment. Insurance is an additional cost and so you should budget for this also. There is a minimum premium, but above that, the final premium is determined by you based on which value you declare on your belongings. There are two Policy’s we can offer.
1. Total Loss Policy : Offered for PBO goods (Packed By Owner)
2. Full Cover Policy : Offered on goods that we Professionally pack
Your relocation consultant will keep you up to date with your shipping details and estimated delivery date
Our Crew foreman will contact you 24 hours prior to delivery. RAS will assign a Relocation consultant as your primary contact and they will be able to provide you with an update as to the date your goods will arrive. Be certain to provide your Consultant with all your contact information. The phone number at the new home is only good if there is a person there to take the call. If you can be reached at work, a hotel or temporary residence or by email let the driver know. If you will be impossible to reach, make arrangements with a friend or family member to serve as the liaison between you and the Consultant
If you need to adjust anything about your move, please contact your move coordinator who will work with you to make any changes needed. Keep in mind that changing your move date could affect certain aspects of the service you receive.
One way to determine if you’ve been misquoted by the mover or not is to obtain at least three separate estimates. If you’re choosing reliable moving companies, then the prices should not be too far off each other. If you find one very low quote and the rest high, then you should question the low quote. Ask the company why their price is so much cheaper and ensure you are being quoted like for like, you should also do some more background research on the companies.

Yes, we do! We offer short- and long-term storage inside our secure storage facility. Our facility is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV. Your items will be secure from theft, fire, and the elements for as long as you wish
All charges are paid prior to delivery with the exception of storage charges which are billed monthly in Advance
